Description

The SOS Call provides a convenient way to contact a SiriusXM Guardian™ customer service agent in an emergency. When communication between the vehicle and a live agent is established, your vehicle automatically transmits its location information. In the event of a minor collision, medical or any other emergency, press the SOS button to connect to a call center agent who can dispatch emergency assistance to your vehicle's location.

NOTE:

Some SiriusXM Guardian™ services depend on a functioning Uconnect system, cellular network availability compatible with the in-vehicle device, and GPS network availability. Not all SiriusXM Guardian™ features are available everywhere and at all times, especially in remote or enclosed areas.
