Inspection

  1. Press the OFF button more than 4 times within 2 seconds while holding down the MODE button.
    Display Description of Malfunction
    00 Normal
    50 Cluster ionizer malfunction

    * The diagnostic procedure refers to the DTC.

Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the airbag. (Refer to Group BD - "Crash Pad")
  3. Loosen the screws and remove the cluster ionizer (A).
  4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
