Repair Procedures

Removal

1. 1

   Shift the transaxle into neutral.

   Remove the air cleaner assembly and air duct.

   (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner")

3. 3

   Remove the battery and battery tray.

   (Refer to Engine Electrical System - Battery)

4. 4

   Disconnect the control cable from the control shaft after removing the pins (A).

5. 5

   Remove the shaft cable (B) and the select cable (C).

   

6. 6

   Fully remove the drive shaft (A) after removing the bolts.

   Tightening torque: 19.6 - 26 N·m

   

Installation

1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
