Repair Procedures

Replacement

1. 1

   Remove the floor console assembly.

   (Refer to Floor Console - "Floor Console Assembly")

   Remove the front seat assembly.

   (Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Assembly")

3. 3

   Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.

   (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

4. 4

   Slightly remove the front door side weatherstrip.

5. 5

   Slightly remove the rear door body side weatherstrip.

6. 6

   Remove the hood side trim.

   (See Body Trim — "Hood Side Trim")

7. 7

   Remove the lower center pillar trim.

   (See Body Trim — "Center Pillar Trim")

8. 8

   Remove the accelerator pedal.

   G 1.6 MPI (See Engine Control/Fuel System — "Accelerator Pedal Position"). Sensor")

   G 2.0 MPI (See Engine Control/Fuel System — "Accelerator Pedal Position"). Sensor")

9. 9

   Remove the floor carpet assembly (A).

   

10. 10

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
