  1. Turn the ignition OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the lower emergency pad panel. (Refer to Body - "Lower Emergency Pad Panel")
  3. Remove the side emergency switch assembly (A) after loosening the screws.
  4. Check the continuity of the circuit between the switch terminals when the ESC OFF switch is ON.
