Front Door Trim Replacement

   Using a screwdriver or a trim removal tool, remove the quadrant inner cover (A).

   Press the lock pin (B), then disconnect the tweeter speaker connector (C).

   Using a screwdriver (B), remove the door handle cover (A).

   Using a screwdriver, remove the door inside handle bezel (B).

   Remove the mounting screws, then remove the door trim panel (A).

   Press the hook (B), then remove the inside handle (A).

   Press the lock pin (A), then disconnect the connectors (B).

   Press the lock pin, then disconnect the connectors (B).

   Remove the door trim.

    Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Remove the door trim.

    Loosen the mounting screws, then remove the inside handle (A).

    Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Remove the front door trim panel.

    Remove the glass mounting plug hole.

    Carefully adjust the glass (B) until the bolts are visible, then loosen them. Separate the glass from the regulator, and carefully pull the glass out through the window opening.

    Tightening torque: 7.8~11.8 N·m

    Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Remove the door trim.

    Drill out the rivets to remove the speaker (B) from the door module.

    Disconnect the speaker connector (A).

    Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Remove the door trim.

    Disconnect the connector (A), then loosen the mounting screws.

    Remove the window regulator motor (B).

    Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Remove the following parts:

    A.	Front Door Trim

    B.

    Glass

    C.	Outside Handle

    Loosen the outside handle base mounting screw (A).

    Loosen the module mounting bolts.

    Loosen the latch mounting screws, then remove the module (A). Tightening torque: Bolt: 7.8~11.8 N·m Screw: 7.8~10.8 N·m

    Press the lock pin (B), then disconnect the connector (A).

    Disconnect the clip (C).

    Pull out the lock pin (A), then disconnect the main connector (B).

    Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Remove the cover, then loosen the mounting bolt.

    Remove the outside handle cover (A).

    Tightening torque: 7.8~11.8 N·m

    Remove the outside handle (A).

    Installation is the reverse of removal.
