Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the emergency pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Emergency Pad Lower Panel")
  3. Remove the lower airbag switch assembly (A) by pressing on it.
  4. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the hazard switch assembly, lower.
  5. Check the continuity of the circuit between the switch terminals when the ESP OFF switch is ON.
