Sunroof Reset

Whenever the vehicle battery is disconnected or discharged, you must initialize the sunroof system as follows:

1. Start the engine.

2. Fully close the sunshade and the sunroof if they are open.

3. Release the roof control lever.

4. Push the sunroof control lever forward in the closing direction (about 10 seconds) until the sunshade moves slightly. Then release the lever.

5. Push the sunroof control lever forward in the close direction until the sunroof operates as follows:

Sunshade open → Sunroof glass open → Sunroof glass closed → Sunshade closed

Then release the lever.

When this is complete, the sunroof system will be reset and one-touch open and close operation must be restored.

If the sunroof reset procedure is not performed correctly, the sunroof may not operate properly.
