Opening the Fuel Filler Door

1. To open the fuel filler door, press the center edge of the door when all doors are unlocked.

✽ NOTICE

The fuel filler door will open and close only when all doors are unlocked.

2. Fully open the fuel filler door (1).

3. To open the fuel filler cap, turn it counterclockwise (2).

4. Refuel as necessary.

✽ NOTICE

If the fuel filler door does not open because of ice formed around it, lightly tap or press on the door to break the ice and release the door. Do not pry the door open. If necessary, spray an approved de-icer around the door (do not use antifreeze) or move the vehicle to a warm place and allow the ice to melt.
