• This system is activated when the parking assist system button is pressed with the ignition switched on.

Enter

The parking assist system button indicator illuminates automatically and activates the parking assist system when you shift into R (reverse) or press the SOS button. It will automatically turn off when you drive above 40 km/h, except when the parking assist system button is pressed with the ignition switched on.

Type B

The parking assist system button indicator illuminates automatically and activates the parking assist system when you shift into R (reverse) or press the SOS button. It will automatically turn off when you drive above 40 km/h.

  • If the vehicle speed is above 10 km/h, the parking assist system will not operate.
  • The operating distance when driving forward is approximately 100 cm (39.4 in) when you are driving at a speed of less than 10 km/h.
  • When more than two objects are detected at the same time, the nearest one will be recognized first.

✽ NOTICE

It may not operate if an object is already within approximately 25 cm (9.8 in) when the system is turned on.
