Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Move the front passenger seat fully forward.
  3. Disconnect the yaw rate and lateral acceleration sensor connector (A).
  4. Remove the mounting bolts (B).

    Tightening torque: 7.8 ~ 11.8 N·m

  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

G-Sensor Calibration

  1. Ignition OFF, connect GDS.
  2. Ignition ON and engine OFF selects the vehicle name and ESP system.
  3. Perform G-sensor calibration.
  4. After calibrating the ESP G sensor, enter the EPB system.
  5. Perform G-sensor calibration.
  6. Perform the "G-Sensor Calibration" procedure using GDS.
  7. Perform the "G-Sensor Calibration" procedure.
