Checking the Washer Fluid Level

WARNING

Fill the reservoir only with windshield washer fluid or clean water: Using engine coolant as washer fluid is a safety hazard. If it is sprayed onto the windshield, it will leave a film that reduces visibility and may cause an accident.

Check the windshield washer fluid level in the reservoir and top up if necessary.

If washer fluid is not available, use clean water.

In cold weather, always use an appropriate washer fluid to prevent it from freezing.

CAUTION

The front and rear washer fluid share the same reservoir.
