  • Infants, small children, elderly people, and disabled people
  • People with sensitive skin

Do not use the seat heater while sleeping in the car, even briefly.

The seat may overheat, causing localized skin burns.

Do not leave heavy objects with sharp edges on the seat, and do not stick needles or pins into it: This may cause the seat to overheat and cause minor skin burns.

CAUTION

Do not use organic solvents to clean the seat. They may damage the upholstery and the heating system.

CAUTION

  • If the ignition is switched off while the seat heater is operating (at high, medium, or low setting), the seat heater will automatically resume at the same temperature setting when the ignition is switched back on.

  • Use the seat heater only when the engine is running.

Leaving the heater on for a long time with the engine off may drain the battery.

  • The seat heater temperature cannot be adjusted beyond the high, medium, and low settings, because the heating is controlled by a thermostat.
