With the engine stopped and the vehicle on level ground, the cold level must be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on reservoir 1.

Top up the cold level before it reaches the "MIN" mark.

When working under the bonnet, make sure the wiper control is in the off position.

Level check frequency

Check your coolant level regularly (the engine may suffer serious damage if coolant is low).

If topping up is required, use only products approved by our Technical Departments, which guarantee:

• antifreeze protection;
• corrosion protection for the cooling system.

Before carrying out any work in the engine compartment, it is essential to switch off the ignition by pressing the engine stop button (refer to the section "starting and stopping the engine" in chapter 2).

Replacement frequency

Refer to your vehicle's maintenance document.

If the level drops abnormally or repeatedly, consult a Brand Representative.

Never carry out any work on the cooling circuit when the engine is hot.
