Locking and unlocking the door locks from outside

This is done using the RENAULT card: see the "RENAULT cards" section in chapter 1.

In some cases, the RENAULT card may stop working:

• RENAULT card battery worn out, discharged vehicle battery...
• use of devices operating on the same frequency as the card (mobile phone, ...);
• the vehicle is in an area with strong electromagnetic radiation.

In this case, you can:

• use the key built into the card to unlock the front left door lock;
• manually lock the locks of all doors;
• use the door lock/unlock button from the inside (see the following pages).
