REPLACEMENT

Drain the R134a refrigerant circuit using the recharging station.

Remove:

  • the retaining nut (A) of the connecting pipes,

  • the two mounting bolts (B) of the expansion valve on the evaporator.

Détendeur

When refitting, make sure the pipe sealing rings are in good condition.

Bolt tightening torques:

  • bolt (A): 0.8 daN.m,

  • bolt (B): 0.6 daN.m.

Evacuate the system, then charge the R134a refrigerant circuit using the recharging station.
