This vehicle is fitted with an immobiliser system, which requires a specific procedure when replacing the computer.

INJECTION ECU REPLACEMENT

  • For immobilizer code learning (see Immobilizer section).
WARNING
  • The injection ECU retains its immobilizer code for life.
  • The system has no fault-finding code.
  • Do not perform tests using ECUs taken from the parts store or from another vehicle. These ECUs must be returned.
  • These ECUs can no longer be coded.
