Automatic locking of openings while driving

You can choose whether to activate the function.

Operating principle

After starting the vehicle, the system automatically locks the openings once the vehicle reaches approximately 10 km/h.

Unlocking is done:

• by pressing door unlock button 1.
• when stationary, by opening a front door.

Note: if a door is opened or closed, it will lock again automatically when the vehicle reaches approximately 10 km/h.

If you decide to drive with the doors locked, be aware that this may make it more difficult for rescue personnel to reach the passenger compartment in an emergency.

Activating/Deactivating the function

Refer to the section "Vehicle settings personalisation menu" in chapter 1, function "Automatic door locking while driving":

function deactivated.

Malfunction

If you notice a malfunction (no automatic locking, the indicator light integrated in button 1 does not light up when the openings are locked, etc.), first check that all openings are properly closed. If they are closed correctly, contact a Brand Representative.
