When exiting the vehicle, the driver's seat will move backward when the engine is off and the shift lever is in P (Park).

When getting into the vehicle, the driver's seat will move forward when the ignition switch is turned to the ACC position.

You can activate or deactivate the Easy Access function in the User Settings mode on the LCD.
