  • Keep the Smart Key away from water, any liquids, and fire. If the inside of the Smart Key becomes wet (from drinks or moisture) or heated, the internal circuit may fail, and the vehicle may be excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Do not drop or throw the Smart Key.
  • Protect the Smart Key from extreme temperatures.

NOTICE

Always carry the Smart Key with you when leaving the vehicle. If the Smart Key is left near the vehicle, the vehicle battery may be discharged.
