  2. REMOVE HEATER TO FOOT DUCT No.1
  3. REMOVE BLOWER ASSY
  4. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER
  5. REMOVE COWL WIRE No.2

a. Remove the clamp and cowl wire No. 2.

Remove cowl wire No.2 Remove cowl wire No.2 6. REMOVE RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB−ASSY

a. Remove the 3 screws and recirculation damper servo sub−assy.

Remove recirculation damper servo sub-assy Remove recirculation damper servo sub-assy 7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE No.3
  1. Manual A/C model: Disconnect the connectors, remove the 3 clamps and instrument panel wire No. 3.
  2. Auto A/C model: Disconnect the connectors, remove the 2 clamps and instrument panel wire No. 3.
Remove instrument panel wire No.3 Remove instrument panel wire No.3 8. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR (MANUAL AIR CONDITIONING)

a. Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.

a. Remove the 2 screws and blower motor control.

a. Remove the 3 screws and blower w/fan motor sub−assy.
