PROCEDURE

Removal, inspection, and installation of the crankshaft are performed in the same way as on 1.1 and 1.3 L liter engines.

Differing data is given below. Crankshaft end play 0.07–0.17 mm. Maximum permissible end play 0.25 mm. Nominal main journal diameter 53.958–53.978 mm. Nominal connecting rod journal diameter 47.758–47.778 mm. Maximum permissible clearance between connecting rod bearing and crankshaft journal 0.12 mm.
