Removing the bulb holder

The tailgate must be open when replacing the bulbs.

The bulb holder for the inner tail lights is accessed from the inside of the tailgate.

• Identify the defective bulb.
• Take the screwdriver included in the on-board tool kit.
• Insert the screwdriver into the recess of the cover => Fig. 275 (1) and remove the cover (2).
• Unscrew the retainer (A) => Fig. 276 counterclockwise using the screwdriver.
• Remove the bulb holder (B) from the tail light.
