Xenon headlights

These bulbs have a very long service life, so the probability of failure is very low (unless you switch the headlights on and off excessively often). If a bulb has burned out, you may continue driving with the fog lights on (if permitted by the laws of the country of travel), exercising caution.

Work on xenon lighting equipment, including bulb replacement, must be performed only at a BMW service center. The high voltage in this equipment is life-threatening.
