  • In the front bumper, unclip the cover by levering it with a screwdriver, first at one lug, then at the other.
  • Turn the cover.
  • Remove the cover completely by squeezing the plastic element at the bottom.
  • Store the cover in the boot.
  • Screw the tow eye in fully.
  • Fit the towing bar.
  • Set the gear lever to the “neutral” position (N position for automated or automatic gearboxes).
Failure to follow this recommendation may damage certain components (braking system, transmission...) and result in no power-assisted braking after the vehicle is started.
  • Unlock the steering by turning the key in the ignition by one position, and release the parking brake.
  • Pull away gently and drive slowly for a short distance.
