If a tire goes flat while driving, do not brake suddenly. Instead, gradually reduce speed. Hold the steering wheel firmly and slowly steer to a safe location on the side of the road.

Have the tire service performed by an authorized dealer to prevent damage to the tire pressure monitoring system sensors. Replace the spare tire with a road tire as soon as possible. When repairing or replacing a flat tire, have an authorized dealer check the tire pressure monitoring system sensor for damage.
