GMC Terrain. Turning the Features On or OffThe button in the center console is used to turn the front and rear Parking Assist and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) systems on or off. The indicator light in the button illuminates when the features are on and turns off when the features are off.

Turn off the Parking Assist and RCTA systems when towing a trailer.

RCTA can be turned off through "Crash Detection Systems" in Vehicle Personalization.
