Use caution when replacing engine oil, as the oil is hot and can cause burns.

PROCEDURE

1. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature, then turn it off.
2. Place a drain pan under the engine.
3. Remove the oil filler cap and remove the oil drain plug from the oil pan. Wait until all the oil has drained from the oil pan.

4. Install the oil drain plug with a new gasket.
Tightening torque: 35–45 N·m
5. Fill the engine with the required quantity of the specified engine oil.
Engine oil capacity:
Without oil filter replacement: 3 L
With oil filter replacement: 3.3 L
6. Install the oil filler cap.
7. Start the engine and check for oil leaks.
8. Check the engine oil level and add oil as necessary to bring it to the specified level.
