Description

The curtain airbags are installed inside the roof trim (left and RH) and protect the driver and passenger in the event of a side collision. The SRSCM determines deployment of the curtain airbag using the side impact sensor (SIS) signal.
  • Never attempt to measure the resistance of the airbag circuit or the airbag module, even if you use the specified tester. If the circuit resistance is measured with a tester, accidental airbag deployment may cause serious injury.
