Windshield Washers

In the OFF position, gently pull the lever toward you to spray washer fluid onto the windshield and operate the wipers for 1-3 cycles. The washer and wipers will continue to operate as long as the lever is held. If the washer does not operate, you may need to add washer fluid to the washer fluid reservoir.

WARNING

When the outside temperature is below freezing, ALWAYS warm up the windshield before using the washer to prevent washer fluid from freezing on the windshield and blocking your vision, which may cause an accident and serious injury or death.

NOTICE

• To avoid possible damage to the washer pump, do not operate the washer when the fluid reservoir is empty.
• To avoid possible damage to the wiper blades or windshield, do not operate the wipers when the windshield is dry.
• To avoid damage to the wiper arms and other components, do not try to move the wipers by hand.
• To avoid possible damage to the wipers and washer, use windshield washer fluid with antifreeze in winter or in cold weather.
