Operates as follows when the ignition switch is in the ON position.

MIST: For one wiping cycle, push the lever up and release. The wipers will operate continuously if the lever is held in this position.

OFF: The wipers do not operate.

INT: The wipers operate intermittently at set intervals. To vary the interval, move the speed control lever. The highest setting causes the wipers to operate most frequently (for heavier rain). The lowest setting causes the wipers to operate least frequently (for light rain).

LO: The wipers operate at low speed.

HI: The wipers operate at high speed.

Information

If there is heavy accumulation of snow or ice on the windshield, defrost the windshield for approximately 10 minutes or until the snow and/or ice is removed before operating the wipers to ensure proper operation.

Operating the wipers and washer before removing snow and/or ice may damage the wiper and washer system.
