Replacement

  1. Remove the rear door trim. (Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Trim")
  2. Remove the rear door side sill trim. (Refer to Body Electrical System - "Rear Door Side Sill Trim")
  3. Disconnect the rear door inside handle lamp connector (A).
  4. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the rear door inside handle (B).
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    • Make sure the connector is properly connected.
    • Check that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
    • Replace all damaged clips.
