Driver's Seat Memory System Reset

Perform the following procedure to reset the driver's seat memory system if it does not operate properly.

To reset the driver's seat memory system

1. Press the Engine Start/Stop button to the ON position, shift to P (Park), and open the driver's door.

2. Using the seat control switch/lever, move the driver's seat and seatback to the forward position. 3. Press and hold the SET button and push the forward control lever for more than 2 seconds.

When adjusting the driver's seat memory system

1. The system begins with an alarm sound.

2. The driver's seat and seatback are adjusted to the rear position with an alarm sound.

3. The driver's seat and seatback are readjusted to the default position (center position) with an alarm sound.

However, in the following cases, the reset procedure and alarm sound may stop.

- The memory button is pressed.
- The seat control switch/lever is operated.
- The shift lever is moved out of P (Park).
- Vehicle speed exceeds 3 km/h.
- The driver's door is closed.

After the reset procedure, set the driver's seat memory system for your comfort.

CAUTION

• Repeat the reset procedure if the reset procedure or alarm sound does not stop completely.
• Make sure there are no obstacles around the driver's seat before resetting the driver's seat memory system.
