If your vehicle is equipped with a sunroof, you can slide or tilt the sunroof with the sunroof control switch located on the overhead console.

The ignition switch must be in the ON position before you can open or close the sunroof.
The sunroof can be used for approximately 30 seconds after the ignition switch is removed or turned to the ACC or LOCK (or OFF) position. However, if the front door is opened, the sunroof will not operate even within the 30 seconds.
Information
- In cold and humid climates, the sunroof may not operate properly due to freezing conditions.
- After washing the vehicle or driving in heavy rain, be sure to wipe off all water on the sunroof before operating it.
NOTICE
- Do not continue to operate the sunroof control switch after the sunroof is fully open, closed, or tilted. Damage to the motor or system components may result.
- Make sure the sunroof is fully closed when leaving the vehicle. If the sunroof is open, rain or snow may enter through the sunroof and soak the interior, or theft may occur.
WARNING
- Never adjust the sunroof or sun visor while driving. This may cause loss of vehicle control and an accident, which may result in death, serious injury, or property damage.
- Make sure your head, other body parts, or objects are clear of the sunroof before using it. • Never leave the engine running or the key in the vehicle with unattended children. Unattended children may operate the sunroof, which may result in serious injury.
- The panoramic sunroof is made of glass that may shatter in an accident. Passengers without proper restraint (such as a seat belt, child restraint system, etc.) may be thrown through broken glass and suffer serious injury or even death.
- Do not sit on the roof of the vehicle. This may result in injury or damage to the vehicle.
