Inspection

  1. Inspect the removed stop lamp switch according to the procedures described below.
    1. Confirm normal connection with the terminal part.
      • Confirm that the connector is properly secured and that the connection mark is present.

Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the emergency pad lower panel. (Refer to Body (Interior and Exterior) - "Emergency Pad")
  3. Disconnect the brake switch connector (A).

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
