This warning light alerts the driver to possible black ice on the road.

When the outside air temperature sensor reads approximately below 4 °C, the icy road warning light and the outside air temperature sensor blink and then remain illuminated. A warning beep also sounds once.

If the black ice warning light illuminates while driving, continue to drive carefully and safely, avoiding excessive speed, rapid acceleration, sudden braking or sharp turns, etc.
