Unfastened Seat Belt Warning (if equipped)

Regardless of whether the driver's seat belt is fastened or not, the warning light illuminates as a reminder each time the ignition key is turned to the ON position.

If the driver does not fasten the seat belt before the ignition is switched on, or if the belt is unfastened after the ignition key is turned to the ON position, the warning light illuminates and remains on until the belt is fastened.

If the vehicle is driven at a speed of 9 km/h or more with the seat belt unfastened, the corresponding warning light flashes.

The flashing stops when the speed is reduced to 6 km/h or less.

When driving with the seat belt unfastened at a speed above 20 km/h, the warning buzzer sounds for approximately 100 seconds. The seat belt warning light flashes.
