CAUTION

  • Do not clean the inside of the rear window glass or quarter glass with a cleaner or use a scraper to remove foreign deposits, as this may damage the antenna elements.
  • Avoid adding metallic coatings such as Ni, Cd, and so on. These may interfere with AM/FM reception.
  • To avoid damaging the rear glass antenna, never use sharp tools or window cleaners containing abrasives to clean the window. Clean the inside surface of the rear window with a piece of soft cloth.
  • When attaching stickers to the inside surface of the rear window, be careful not to damage the rear glass antenna.
  • Do not place sharp tools near the rear glass antenna.
  • Tinted rear window glass may affect the proper operation of the antenna.

WARNING! Distracted Driving

Driving while distracted may result in loss of vehicle control, which may lead to an accident, serious personal injury, and death. The primary responsibility of the driver is the safe and legal operation of the vehicle. Portable devices, other equipment, or vehicle systems that take the driver's eyes, attention, and focus away from the safe operation of the vehicle or that are not permitted by law should never be used while driving.
