Overhead Console Lamp

Remove the overhead console lamp assembly, then check continuity between the terminals. If continuity is not as specified, replace the map lamp switch.

Removal

Overhead Console Lamp

   Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

   Remove the lamp unit from the overhead console. (Refer to Body - "Headliner")

   Remove the map lamp (B) by disconnecting the sunroof switch connector and the lamp connector (A).

   If it is necessary to replace the bulb, replace the bulb (C).

Deluxe Map Lamp

1. 1
   Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

   Open the holder and remove the bolts (2 pcs.).

   Remove the deluxe map lamp assembly. (Refer to Body - Roof Trim)

   Disconnect the connector (A).

   

Installation

Overhead Console Lamp

1. 1
   Install the map lamp after connecting the sunroof switch connector and the lamp connector.
2. 2
   Install the lens by tightening the 2 screws.

Deluxe Map Lamp

1. Install the deluxe map lamp assembly after connecting the connector.
