Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the interior fuse panel cover.
  3. Remove the side cover (A).
  4. Remove the side hazard switch assembly (A) by pushing it through the hole in the side cover.
  5. Disconnect the rheostat connector (A) from the lower hazard switch.
  6. Turn on the rheostat switch and check continuity between the terminals.
