1. Hood Latch Assembly

Repair Procedures

Replacement

[Lower Hood Latch Assembly]

  1. Remove the front bumper assembly.

    (Refer to Front Bumper - Front Bumper Assembly)

  2. Loosen the mounting bolts, then remove the hood latch assembly (A).

    Tightening torque: 7.8–11.8 N·m

  3. Disconnect the hood latch release cable (A).

  4. Disconnect the hood latch connector (A), then remove the mounting screw.

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
