Introduction

With the Tire Mobility Kit (TMK), you can remain mobile even after experiencing a tire puncture.
The system's compressor and sealant effectively seal most punctures in passenger car tires caused by nails or similar objects and inflate the tire.
After you have made sure the tire is properly sealed, you may drive carefully on the tire at a maximum speed of 80 km/h to reach a service station or tire dealer to have the tire replaced as soon as possible.
Some tires, especially those with large punctures or sidewall damage, may not be sealed completely.
Loss of tire air pressure may adversely affect tire performance. For this reason, avoid sharp steering or other driving maneuvers, especially if the vehicle is heavily loaded or towing a trailer. The Tire Mobility Kit is not designed or intended as a permanent tire repair method and must be used for only one tire.
This procedure shows you step by step how to temporarily seal a puncture.
