Repair Procedures

Replacement

[Rear Seat Cushion Assembly]

  1. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the rear seat cushion assembly (A).

    Tightening torque: 16.7–26 N·m

  2. Disconnect the rear seat cushion extension connector (A).

  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

[Rear Seat Back Assembly]

(Bench type seatback)

  1. Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.

    (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

  2. After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the rear seat belt lock (A).

    Torque: 39.2 – 54 N·m

  3. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the rear seat assembly (A).

    Tightening torque: 16.7–26 N·m

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

(60:40 folding type)

  1. Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.

    (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

  2. After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the rear seat belt lock (A).

    Torque: 39.2 – 54 N·m

  3. After loosening the mounting bolt (A), remove the rear seatback hinge.

  4. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the rear seat assembly (A).

    Tightening torque: 16.7–26 N·m

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
