  1. Discharge the refrigerant from the refrigerant system.
  2. Replace the faulty pipe or hose.
  3. Tighten the bolt or nut to the specified torque.
  4. Evacuate the air from the A/C system and charge the system with refrigerant. Specified amount: Front only: 600 ± 25 g (21.1 ± 0.88 oz). Front and rear: 750 ± 25 g (26.4 ± 0.88 oz).
  5. Check for refrigerant leaks. Using a gas leak detector, check for refrigerant leakage.
  6. Check the air conditioner operation.
