Removal

[Sound Mood Lamp Unit]
  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the head unit. (Refer to Body Electrical System - Audio).
  3. Disconnect the connector (A) from the mood lamp unit.
  4. Remove the sound mood lamp unit (A) after loosening the mounting nut.
  5. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  6. Remove the emergency pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Emergency Pad Lower Panel")
  7. Remove the lower airbag switch assembly (A) by pressing on it.
  8. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the hazard switch assembly, lower.
  9. Remove the dimmer switch (A).

Installation

[Sound Mood Lamp Unit]
  1. Install the mood lamp unit.
  2. Install the head unit.
  3. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  4. Connect the connectors and install the mood lamp switch.
  5. Install the emergency pad lower panel.
  6. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
