Engine Compartment Fuse Panel Replacement

Diesel only
1. Turn the ignition key to OFF and turn off all other switches.
2. Remove the fuse box cover by pressing the tab and pulling up. When removing a blade-type fuse, use the fuse puller provided in the engine room fuse box. When removing, securely insert a spare fuse of the same rating.
3. Check the removed fuse; replace it if it is blown. To remove or insert a fuse, use the fuse puller in the engine compartment fuse panel.
4. Insert a new fuse of the same rating, and make sure it fits firmly into the clips. If it fits loosely, we recommend that you contact an authorized Kia dealer.
CAUTION
After inspecting the fuse box in the engine compartment, make sure to securely close the fuse box cover. If not, water leakage may cause electric shock or failure.
