Removal

  1. Raise the vehicle.
  2. Disconnect the filler hose (A), the balance hose (B), and the vent hose (C).
  3. Open the fuel filler door, then remove the filler neck screw (A).
  4. Remove the left rear wheel, tire, and inner wheel housing (A).
  5. Remove the filler neck assembly from the vehicle after removing the bracket mounting bolt (A).

Installation

  1. Installation is the reverse of removal. Filler neck bracket bolt: 3.9 ~ 5.9 N·m Filler neck mounting screw: 7.8 ~ 11.8 N·m
