Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the (-) battery cable.
  2. Release the residual pressure in the fuel line. (Refer to Fuel System - "Release Residual Pressure in Fuel Line")
  3. Disconnect the quick-release connector of the low-pressure fuel feed line (A).
  4. Disconnect the vapor hose (A) connected to the PCSV.
  5. Disconnect the quick-connect fuel supply connector (A) from the fuel pump.
  6. Raise the vehicle.
  7. Disconnect the quick-connect fitting of the vapor tube (A).
  8. Open the retaining clip (A) of the vapor line using a screwdriver.
  9. Open the retaining clip (A) of the fuel line using a screwdriver.
  10. Disconnect the fuel line and brake line protector (A) from the clip.
  11. Disconnect the fuel line retaining clip (A) from the engine compartment from below.
  12. Remove the fuel line (A).

Installation

  1. Installation is the reverse of removal.
