Removal

  1. Remove the fuel pump. (Refer to Fuel System - "Fuel Pump")
  2. Disconnect the pump and sender connector (A).
  3. Remove the fuel feed hose (A) from the fuel filter after releasing the retaining clip (B).
  4. Remove the plate assembly (C) after removing the damper pipe bracket hooks (D).
  5. Disconnect the pump wiring connector (A) from the pump.
  6. Remove the reservoir cup (B) after releasing the retaining hooks (C).
  7. Remove the fuel level sensor (A) by sliding it downward after releasing the lock (B).
  8. Remove the fuel pressure regulator assembly (A) after removing the cover (B) and the return pipe (C).
  9. Remove the fuel filter (A) upward by releasing the locking hooks (B).

Installation

  1. Installation is the reverse of removal.
