Maintenance and record keeping are the owner's responsibility.

In general, we recommend that you have your vehicle serviced by an authorized Kia dealer. You should keep documents showing that proper maintenance has been performed on your vehicle in accordance with the maintenance schedule. You will need this information to establish your compliance with the maintenance requirements of the warranty on your vehicle. Detailed warranty information is provided in the Warranty and Maintenance booklet. Repairs and adjustments resulting from improper care or failure to perform required maintenance are not covered when your vehicle is under warranty.
